The folkstyle season runs for about five months and includes weekly training sessions along with weekend tournaments. During this time, our club team will compete in the USA Wrestling (USAW) sanctioned folkstyle season, with wrestlers matched up by both weight class and experience level to ensure fair and competitive matchups.
